Flat Fizzy Fine Hair

I am not sure how it happened or what took me so long to notice. Life got busy.  When did I get too busy to care about how I looked?

I colored my hair at home, went to bed with it wet, got up in the morning, ran a curling iron thru it and I was out the door to work. Even my mom was telling me my hair was dry and needed conditioner. So I decided I needed to do something.

Self Esteem Boost

I made an appointment at a nice salon. Catelynn greeted me and was observing my hair. So this salon was beautiful.  They have a hair dryer that looks like something from a Sci-Fi movie.  It is not something you get under.  It circles above you. She told me she was going to have to deeply condition for 10 minutes under the dryer. We then discussed styles.  I had a photo of a 20-year beautiful girl who had a hairstyle to die for. She told me she thought it would look great.

 Cut and Style

Due to the damaged condition, I had to part with a couple of inches of length.  She explained the technique of adding a thickening volumizing mousse to the roots. She added a heat activated smoothing serum to add shine and to combat the frizzies. Each section was blow-dried meticulously. I could tell this girl had talent.

The Finished Product

Wow… that is all I can say.  The volume was unbelievable.  The shine and texture looked like my hair belonged to someone else.  This could not be mine!

I vow to spend more time taking care of her creation. Feeling great I paid a bit more than I thought it would be.  I got the name of the product that took my fine limp hair to spectacular.
