Pomegranate Juice May Slow Age Related Memory Decline

Pomegranate Juice May Slow Age-Related Memory Decline

Dementia is on the rise.  The number of people living with dementia is currently estimated at 47 million.  The projected increase by 2030 is 75 million.  The subject is of concern to me because my mom was diagnosed a few months ago. I have a relationship with her much like a sister. I will do anything  I can to keep her home where she belongs and permit her from getting worse.

Early this morning I read an article about Pomegranate juice.  I was excited to see that it may slow age-related memory decline. I researched the pomegranate and discovered numerous health benefits.   It may lower blood pressure, help with depression, fight infections, improve memory, reduce pain, help with diabetes, reduce inflammation, and help with stomach disorders.

I know there is not a one fix for my mom but I will try anything to help her.
